Baby, it's cold inside

You learn from your past mistakes? Nope. I froze my ass off once in Australia and I'm about to do it again. How is it that a country that experiences such hot days in summer and nearly freezing nights in winter does not insulate its houses? I don't want to go on a complain-rant. All I shall say is that I'm cold.
